water was human’s first mirror, reflecting both physical reality and the more subtle nature of our emotion.

How might our work together offer the clarity of the mirror and the cleansing release of the water?

You are a whole world.

I look forward to supporting you in the excavation, exploration, and understanding of it.

What alternate dimensions exist within you?

Mirrored. Reflected. Connected. Held.

Mirrored Wellness is a coaching practice where your emotional well-being is priority. You will be supported toward:

  • Restoring safe, conscious relationship with your emotional body and inner voice

  • Cultivating an emotional processing practice

  • Creating rituals for emotional care

  • Exploring personal language and subconscious beliefs that shape how you experience yourself and the world

  • Developing intrinsic curiosity and a sustainable practice of self-inquiry

  • Understanding your personal capacity and learning to communicate boundaries, needs, and limitations with care

  • Unlearning shame, binary thinking, and punitive approaches to progress

Approach

Mirrored Wellness offers a container and soft landing as you navigate deep reflection, emotion, and transformation. Here, you are supported and guided into curiosity about yourself and your own depth.

Together, we explore what may have blocked, distorted, or blurred your reflection in the past, and how you might begin to access greater clarity and understanding moving forward.

Rather than arriving at a fixed version of yourself, this work is about developing the practices and awareness to remain in relationship with yourself as you evolve. We will explore the balance between gentleness and progress.

Our Framework

Mirrored Wellness is informed by global indigeneity, nature, and spirit. You do not need to have a particular spiritual practice or belief system. Rather, we invite an openness to perceiving connection - to energy, nature, ancestry, and the larger collective.

Our framework recognizes connection in all things and understands relationship as foundational to holistic well-being, including relationship to self, our values, and the natural world. We notice where disconnection, detachment, and suppression have been normalized, and we offer ourselves new opportunity for presence, vulnerability and reconnection.

Tenets Held in Our Work

  • Nature as guide and teacher

  • Consultation of indigenous ancestral approach, practice, and wisdom

  • Challenging of internalized colonial systems that perpetuate disconnection from self and contribute to low self-esteem, diminished self-worth, and binary self-judgment

  • Restoration of self-confidence, self-trust, and intrinsic safety

  • Curiosity and self-inquiry as skillset and pathway to understanding and sustained relationship

  • The power of conscious choice and agency
